Sea lions await you at the beach, from where you follow a trail that leads you to the higher part of the island. Here, you have good chances to see the endemic Santa Fe land iguana and Galapagos hawks. The island’s vegetation is characterized by giant Opuntia cacti that can grow several meters high.
The turquoise water of the bay invites you to snorkel. Turtles, different types of rays and reef sharks can often be seen.
